At appointment check-in your groomer will discuss with you which services you would like performed on your pet. Once the groomer has a clear idea of your desires, they will give you an approximate pick-up time. We will call or text (your choice) when your pet is ready.

Please note that our grooming appointments typically take 2-4 hours depending on your dog's breed, services being performed, and our schedule for the day.

If you need a specific pick-up time, please be sure to discuss this when you make your pet's appointment.

We highly recommend you do not return early as we cannot guarantee your dog's groom will be finished properly. Dogs usually get VERY excited when they see their owners, which can make the grooming process nearly impossible to complete safely.
