Our Team:

After graduating from the College of Saint Benedict, Crystal still didn't know which career path she wanted to follow. She wanted to do something creative and as a life long lover of dogs, grooming sounded like a good fit. As it turned out, it was the perfect fit!

Crystal began her training at Rio Gran grooming school by completing their introductory grooming course. She continued her training at All Breed Dog Grooming in New Richmond, Wisconsin and continued grooming there for six years.

Crystal truly enjoys grooming a variety of dogs- from the tiniest Chihuahua to the largest Great Pyrenees. Variety is the spice of life proves true in grooming as well!

Jen

Jen began her journey in the pet industry in 2014 as a bather at Petco. She apprenticed to become a groomer at Petco as well. Jen is a skin and coat certified pet esthetician. One of her favorite parts of being a groomer is that she is always learning new things. As such she would like to work on the monumental goal of becoming a certified master groomer. Competition grooming is another goal of Jen's. Her favorite breeds include Cavalier King Charles, Poodles and Bichons. She also has a very soft spot for all older pets.

Jen enjoys cooking & playing video games in the company of her husband and their menagerie of pets which include 2 cats, 2 bunnies and 2 guinea pigs.

Maddi

Maddi always knew her career would include animals and be on the creative side. Following high school, she dove right in and attended Rio Grooming School. During grooming school, she worked as a bather at Olive Dogs. In 2021 Maddi graduated from grooming school and began her grooming career.

Maddi is a big fan of grooming Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/ Poodle mixes, American Staffordshire Terriers and terrier breeds in general.

In her free time, Maddi enjoys playing video games, baking, watching movies (horror is her favorite genre) and going to amusement parks in the summer.
